Conservation period

Personal Data collected for purposes related to the performance of a contract between owner and user will be retained until such contract has been fully fulfilled.

Analysis of statistical data

The services contained in this section allow the Owner to monitor and analyze internet traffic and can be used to record user behavior.

Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited)

Google Analytics 4 is an Internet analytics service provided by the provider (Google Ireland Limited) (“Google”). Google uses the Collected Data to track and analyze the use of this service (this App), to report on your activities and share it with other Google services. Google may use the Collected Data to contextualize and personalize ads from its own advertising network. In Google Analytics 4, IP addresses are used at the time of collection and then discarded before the Data is registered on any server or data center. WordPress Stats (Aut O’Mattic A8C Ireland Ltd.)

WordPress Stats is a statistical data analysis service provided by the supplier (Aut O’Mattic A8C Ireland Ltd.).

Comments to content

Services related to comments to the content allow you to make and post your comments on the content of this service (this Application).

Depending on the settings chosen by the Owner, the User may still make anonymous comments. If there is an email address in the Personal Data provided by the User, it may be used to send feedback notifications about the same content. You are responsible for the content of your own comments.

If a third-party content feedback service is installed, you may still collect web traffic data for the pages on which the feedback service is installed, even when you do not use the content feedback service.

This type of service allows the User to view content hosted on external platforms directly from the pages of this service (this Application) and interact with them.

Google Fonts is a vendor-provided font display service (Google LLC) that

Google Maps is a provider’s map viewing service (Google Ireland Limited) that allows this App to embed such content on its pages.

User Rights

You may exercise certain rights in relation to your Data processed by the Owner. The User has the right, in particular, to the extent permitted by law:

When Personal Data is processed due to a public interest, in the exercise of official powers assigned to the Owner or for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Owner, the User may opposed such processing by presenting a reason relating to his specific situation to justify the opposition.

However, the User is warned that, in the event that his/her Personal Data is processed for direct marketing purposes, he/she may be owed to such processing at any time, free of charge and without presenting any justification. When the User objects to the processing for direct marketing purposes, personal data will not be processed for such purposes. How to exercise these rights

Any request to exercise the User’s rights may be addressed to the Owner through the contact information indicated in this document. Such requests may be exercised free of charge, which will be answered by the Owner as soon as possible and always within one month, providing the User with the information required by law.
